83 Rx-7 Freon Capacity?

I can't find the specs to fill my system up. Anybody know?

22-25oz of R-12, for my 85, probably the same for your 83.

80% of that, 17-20oz, if using 134a.

you really need to get a gauge on it, the pressure is what matters, not the volume. granted the volume of refrigerant changes the pressure, but the only way to ensure it is properly charged is to hook up a set of manifold gauges.
