Yea, I hope 300hp+ isn't stupid.. Cause I plan on having a little more than 300hp in my FD, and it will be streetable. Now, in a 1st gen., that'd be pretty cool.

 

300hp in a light wieght FB car.That would stomp at the track.Who would suspect the little first gen?When I get there I'll be posting times. And I WILL get there.Not this year but over next winter I'll hope to get there.We'll see what my bank account holds when the time comes.Hopefully a TO4 finds its way into my engine bay next winter. Might be stuck paying off the paint on it if I get the CP racing widebody.Still deciding between that and the Erebuni Kit like Viperx7 has on his. My car should be by fall.After I get wheels and stuff for it.

 

i want to get that wide body kit also and paint it black then get 16 or 17 by 10 white rims for it i want the engine to have at least 350 rwhp though and still be streetable

 

Thats similar to what I'll run.Still debating on the CP widebody or just get the mazdatrix/erebuni kit.My project car already has SE brakes on it.If I don't go widebody I know where I can get some nice 17's at a good cost.

Check Page 4 of the FB picture thread.I posted Viperx7's pics in it.He has the Mazdatrix/Erebuni kit on his car.Looks killer.Thats why it makes for such a tough call.The CP kit is nice on the black car they just added to the picture page.Yet Viper's looks good too.The erebuni site needs a good pic of thier kit on it.Thier pics do that kit no justice.The ones posted of vipers car does the kit good tho.

BTW I was referring to over ~300HP in an FB. Don't get me wrong, I love lots of HP, I just think that in a FB, anything in the 500HP range for street is crazy. Track, drags, different story.

 

My mistake. Yea, 500hp in an FB would be nuts trying to control on the streets... how much does a FB weigh anyways?

 

I like that black one. So, in that case.. go with the CP kit.

 

Ignorance is starting to show a little bit. Just look at the list you just made. Why would you even list a truck? As for the others. How many of them do you see on the road? most of them weigh more then my house. I had a rx7 that broke the 300hp mark. Flipped it 2 and a half times. I can honestly say if it is just for the street then it is way too much power. If it is for the track then by all means go for it!
