i have a 1985 gsl se and i want to make it have 500bwhp how would i do that would i hafta to switch engines if so what would i switch it with ?

you can get 500 out of what ever engine you have. Streetport turbo would be nice. I'll get you the website where I am ordering mine from.

500hp is costly as a ****.Anything past the 300hp(more than enough for a FB)mark is getting in to double digits..I want 400rwhp but I know that I'm prolly looking at around 6k-10k for that much even.Best of luck getting that.

500hp with a street port and turbo isn't as easy as it sounds.You need a HUGE port job and just as big turbo to do it.Not to mention some damn good apexs so they don't blow on you.

Is that 500bhp or 500 whp? those are two completely different levels of output.



Here's a couple of trick questions:



1) what's better 500hp@4000 or 600hp@8000rpm?

2) what is the torque ftlbs for each?
