12a Ignition

msd 6a ignition box fires off of the lead pickup.Does it fire both plugs at the same time? If so can you fire both stock coils off of the lead
pickup? I want to eliminate the trailing plug :banghead: fire when it feels like it emission crap!! But don't want to spend $600.00 to do it.
Any advice??

Yea thats why I wanted to go with direct fire.....something about wiring two coils to the msd and one coil to the dizz and then running two plug wires to the leading plugs straight from the coils and then two plug wires to the trailing plugs from the dizzy. Using three coils all together, It sounds really good. The Msd fires for so long that you get complete burning of the fuel.
Dont do this by the way....I dont know that this is how you wire it. I put a post in about how to wire it up like this but I dont know myself. No one answered the post.

theres intructions on WWW.mazspeed.com but the pictures are messed up. goto facts and put the pointer on the only link on the page then goto "hooking up the msd"

I am told that the trailing plugs don't fire during certain R.P.M. to maintain the burn in the thermal reactor.
What controls this and how do I get them to fire at all R.P.M.?
I am removing all emissions and installing Racing Beat header and
pre-silencer to stock kat-back pipe and muffler but I don't know if
what I am removing from the (RATS NEST) has anything to do with
the plug not firing.
