S4 T2 Conversion Wiring?

Does anybody know?I have the whole dash harness here and I want to know what I can chop off and what I need.

Heres a similar plug except mine is a 88 setup and not sure if the wires are the same colors(haven't checked yet)



Look at the plug as it were pluged in the ECU.

Upper bank from left to right



B/Y - Hazard Heat swith

BR/Y - Trailing coil ignitor

BR/R - Port air solinoid valve

W - 1st Crank sensor,These 4 wires are (Big Gray wire sheilded) and grounded

L/B - Service light

L/R - Coil trailing

B/R - Shift light

B/L - Split air solinoid valve

G/B - Nutral switch

L/O - Fan relay

BR/Y - Air bypass

Y/B - Check conector



Lower bank



L/Y - Coil ignitor trailing

G/Y - Coil ignitor leading

R - 2nd Crank sensor

LG - Knock controll

L - 3rd Crank sensor

G - 4th Crank sensor

Y/L - Clutch switch

O - Check conector

BR - Water temp

L/W - Air con main relay

Y - Check conector

Y/R - Check conector



Could you tell me the info on these wires that I need to hook up and which ones I don't?And where under the dash they go?

I figured it out for the most part of it.



Main harness wiring(S4 T2)

Look at the plug as it were pluged in the ECU.



Top Section

BR/Y - Coil ignitor trailing

BR/R - Port air solenoid valve (emissions part(Leave disconnected))

W - 1st Crank sensor,These 4 wires are in the Big Gray wire

L/B - Service light(Leave disconnected)

L/R - Coil trailing

B/R - Shift light(Leave disconnected)

B/L - Over the top switch(Leave disconnected)

G/B - Neutral switch(ground)

Y/B - Check conector(leave disconnected)

The pins on the 87 harness are the same location however the colors might be different than the ones shown.
