ok i figured it out. you know how i said i was using the stock boost soleniod spot? when i moved the boost controller over i put a "u" shaped peice of hose in there. so the nipple for the waste gate is a "t" one side goes right to the actuator and the other goes to the solenoid and then back to in front of the air filter. so when i put that u hose in there i had mayself a) 6mm boost leak, B) no pressure going to the wategate (this is ok). so i fixed it, relearned to boost controller and now it works like it should .

@ .8kgcm2 it squats like it has stock suspension

dyno day is tomorrow, we'll see how much fun they let me have.

hey ace, do you think i should run 75-80% duty or 90+ like the factory?

mike
80-85% ducty cycle is what you would want to stop at, but 90% should be ok as long as you don't do it for an extended period if time. If the injectors don't get a chance to "rest" then they'll burn out.
