I'm new but my bro's been on this forum for awhile. How long have Repus existed? I am looking to buy a 73 (or earlier if they made them) so i dont have to smog it. Is anyone selling one? Also, what's that "flap" on the passenger side of the car behing the door for?

That is the battery cover. Mazda was smart when they did this. The battery is mounted low and toward the center of the vehicle. It's also easier to change since you don't have to lift it up over the fender to get it out. It also tends to last longer since engine bay heat is no longer a factor. You just need to keep water from dripping on it from the bed.
