HI,

I recently purchased a 74 rx4 but it doesnt start. The previous owner said he did have problems with the coils frying. But it was running when he put it in storage. That was a year ago. Since then I repalced the coils and added a MSD 6a to it but it still wont start. I have a few wires loose and have no idea where it goes and since I cant find any wiring diagrams for the engine bay. I was wondering if any one has one or even a close picture of a rx4 13b engine bay. Also does anyone know what that black wire that comes out right under the distrubitor is. Any info that you can give is muchly appreciated.

thanks

2 things come to my mind. Your ignition cylinder is fucked. The other, run new wires to trigger the MSD 6A (for leading) as well as the trailing coil.
