We have had a Flood of orders this week and I'd like to ask if anyone has any questions/Comments/Concerns for us? We are a customer service orienented company, and I make it my mission in life to make sure everyone is satisfied. You can ask Brandon, I've jumped all over his *** this week for stuff that has not been his fault, I have appologized to him but that is the ship I run. There is no tolerance for unsatisfied customers.
That being said, there are a few factors that are out of our control and I will tell you this unlike some OTHER stores who say they have every thing in-stock. WE DO NOT have everything in-stock, WE DO stock the most common parts that people order. Anyone who as a catalog or mail order business knows the logistics of managing supply chain. Some times our name brand retailers...thats right the BIG GUYS dont send product when they tell us they do.... It bugs me to no ******* end because at the end of the day I'm liable to you the customer.
I started this business because I was tired of companies like ..um rotor...somthing and....something store who fucked me and you the consumer.
If there is an issue please CALL us and let us know I will personally take care of it. With that said I would also appreciate some understanding on the side of the consumer. We try our best to meet and exceed your expectations. this year to-date we have had 132 transactions of which 3 have had problems.
I appreciate all of your support, and hope to see most of you at RX7 Revolution.
