Is there anything going on with RX7Trix???? I ordered some parts that according to their site were in stock on Feb 3.... They still arent here yet.

I have tried to email them and ask them what is up but they havent responded to the four emails that I have sent.....

Must say I am HIGHLY disappointed in the service that I am gettin..... almost seems to me like another Rotormotorsports....

Guess I will ahve to talk to the credit card company and the better business bureau

We have no email from you, what is your order number? When it doubt use the phone 864-207-0226. I'm sorry for your poor experience, but there is no need to start slandering people over something that is probably an innocent mistake. Give us a call and we'll fix this situation.

Ok, well everything did get worked out in the end, but you might want to check your email setup on the board then...... I sent emails to the addy you sent stuff to me from, I sent emails FROM your site (filled out that damn form).... And was bout to cancel with my credit card company but finally decided to call....

They were helpful on the phone and it was a misunderstanding between M2 and them......

Got shipping number and parts are on the way

Well then you might want to check your site.... I emailed you MUTIPLE times to the addy that you sent me stuff from (just replied to them) and then I also went to the form on your site for comments/concerns (still no reply).... I was bout to call my credit card company and tell them to cancel the order, but decided I would try calling....

Everything got worked out and ended up being a problem with M2 and not Rx7trix....... but you guys really need to figure out what is up with your email/site....... I dont like to make long distance phone calls when email SHOULD work.

That's good to hear that there's suppose to be no prob. with your site, because I was planning on buying a Apexi Turbo Timer ($85) and a 93-95 harness ($20) and maybe some Defi gauges.. is there a possibility of getting any deals? Just curious..

I have spooken with both the guys at rx7trix and they are good guys, their not gonna rip you man.

I think Mikes advice was best. If you have an issue just pick up the phone and make a call.

I would rather talk to someone when ordering my parts anyway.
