here's an update, the bov FINALLY ARRIVED

18 DAYS after they "claimed" it was shipped

and IT WAS THE WRONG ONE

these guys really SUCK

they SAID they were going to refund the difference between the one i ordered which was more expensive and the one they sent. however its been close to two weeks and i haven't gotten it yet...
