She meet Matthew and knew he could be rehabilitated. Since getting dozens of reports of him sexually harassing members of his community with his problem with kids we are trying to monitor and restrict his interactions online. After working with Matt's family and the state we have come to a conclusion and agreement that matt montgomery will never be contacting my family again. They will do a better job of keeping him from posting on sites like here and facebook. They advise me that he is a grown man. And they cannot monitor him all the time but they will do their best.
