Ok, becky, Liam and I talked it over with officer Knudsen and we decided that if you can manage to never contact liam again we will not be pressing charges. They advised us to maybe take it easy on you as there are laws against harassment of the disabled. Matt is at it again! He has been banned from the Rx7club and several facebook groups for scamming and stalking and harassing people with fake profiles. Even the admins who profit off his scams are calling him out on his lies, knowing he knows he is lying. These are scam groups!

After working with Matt's family and the state we have come to a conclusion and agreement that matt montgomery will never be contacting my family again. They will do a better job of keeping him from posting on sites like here and facebook. They advise me that he is a grown man. And they cannot monitor him all the time but they will do their best.
After these considerations the police department has decided to close the case against Matt.
The only crime that was ever committed was his sexually harassing a minor on the internet. Me calling out his scams was never a problem , and the police never had a problem with it. His claim that I had posted his address public was false because it was through someone else and not me. I had exchanged my experience with him through a message with another and they shared.
No matter what matt claims there is nothing happening. Outside of him constantly being called out for lying about parts conditions and applications. This is why he has to hide in the few Facebook groups he has left.
He was just caught again last week scamming people with rotors he was lying about.
