I thought I paid for the bins by paying Sean for the wing shipping? Either way, I didn't pay nearly as much as I should have. Dave really hooked a brotha up.
Oh really? Then the way i see it Sean owes either you or I some cash Van seeing as how he never shipped the wing.

I also wasnever made aware that you gave him anycash.

He said that he simply handed them over to you.

Hmmm....I remember giving Sean $100 for something...just don't remember what. I did it to pay for something you owed him for the wing or bins.

Well the wing was $65. He refunded me that.

I paypaled him $200.

So that leaves $135 unaccounted for.

I cont imagine that the bins cost $235

Thats basically what Sean is sayin.

I payed him$200.

He refunded me $65

I told him to give you the bins to you.

So the question is what did the bins cost?

By him charging you $100 and keeping the othe $135 of my cash.

He is inessence telling us that the bins cost $235.

Sounds sketchy if you ask me.

I dont remember the bins costing that much.

Good luck Van, maybe Sean will be helpful settling this with you

Here is your costs broken down Dave

FD3S Bin Set

Auction Win: ¥22,500

5% tax from shop ¥1125

Bank Transfer ¥315

Shipping to Okinawa ¥5730

3% Yahoo auction fee ¥675

________

Total ¥30,345

Wing

Auction win ¥5250

Bank Transfer fee ¥315

Shipping to Okinawa ¥1280

5% tax ¥262

3% Yahoo auction fee ¥152

______

Total ¥7215

Overall total ¥37,560

Now with the yen rate at the time of ¥115 = $1

Your total was $326.60

Van and I met up and I dropped off the bins to him. You paid $200 to me through an e-checkon paypal.

Related Transactions

Date Type Status Details Gross Fee Net

Jun. 11, 2003 Payment From Dave Clair Cleared Details $200.00 USD $0.00 USD $200.00 USD

Jun. 17, 2003 Update From Dave Clair Cleared ... $200.00 USD $0.00 USD $200.00 USD

Van gave me $90 not $100 because that is all I asked for. I gave him back the $10 in change. So your total payment to me was $290.00

I refunded you $65 for the wing, and gave the bins to Van as requested. As you can see I lost out on this transaction. I was not out to make money on this at all. So as you can see from all the transaction information I went through. The cash issue is a done deal. How you and Van want to settle this is up to you. My end of the deal is done. If you feel these figures are in error you can ask Jason from JT-Imports about all the auction fee's Which I told you about when we went through this deal.

Thanks and have a nice day.

Sean

i was trying to do the math, i could be wrong as its confusing

bins cost $263.89

wing costs $62.39

dave gives sean $200

van gives sean $90

sean gives dave back $65 for wing

sean spent $326.61

dave spent $290 (with van)

net totals after everything

sean spent $263 but got $225

dave spent $225 but got $263 worth of bins

i might be wrong but that is what the vosko math says.

so what is the problem ?

Look I dont give a **** this whole deal pisses me off.

Now if anyone is trying to make it out like I am the bad guy here please pucker up and kiss my ***!!!

I waited over six months after shelling out $200 and I never got ****!

Basically it boils down to me buying Van a set bins.

Then Sean sent me back $65.

So Jon,

I spent $200 and gave the bins to van.

Then I got $65 from Sean.

Van gave $90 to him so basically, Sean got $290 for a set of bins.

The way I see it Sean bought himself a wing (considering i never recieved anything) and he should sell it and recoup his loss.

If he could have got it and shipped it as promised I would have gladly payed for it.

EITHER WAY I AM DONE WITH THIS **** SO PLEASE LEAVE IT THE **** ALONE.
