I had recently purchased their differential and transmisson brace. First it took approx 1 week for them to ship it, he said they would go out that day and one week later I get a phone call asking for my CC info again. The gentlemen I spoke with said they were both coated for corrosion resistance, when I recieved them the trans brace had metal shavings all over the edges and looked like it was paint with a spray can, half of it not having any paint. The diff brace came uncoated, with rusty welds and as dirty as can be. On top of that I was qouted a price of $274 plus approx $10 shipping, I recieved no inovice with the products so I could not varify with what I was charged. I call them today and they claimm the shipping was $30, although ironically the Diff brace has just jumped in brace $20. Hmmmm..... He offered to have them returned and recoated, but I would have to pay shipping both ways again, over a course of 2 weeks, time is money. At that cost and time I can get them powdercoated and not have to deal with a half-assed spray job again. And I still have not fitted them to my car yet, and right now it is not looking promising.



So please beaware and make sure you get all the details. I am really dissapointed, because I have heard good news about them. Looks like they no longer have my business.

hmmmm, might want to call them based on their reply to you over at the other forum:

As told to you on the phone here were your options regarding your order:



1. We would Refund your purchase price

2. We would exchange and send you new items to achieve your happiness.



We even offered to have UPS put a call tag to pick it up from you but you still were not happy with that option. There would be NO shipping costs to you either way!



while we thought we could rectify this situation with you reasonably you didnt want to take any of the options given to you. Im not too sure what else i can do for you.



These options are still open!
