Since the question of meet time has been brought up, we usually start meeting around 11 (sorry bigtime ), and talk, eat, whatever. Then around 2-3pm we start cruising until before dusk.

Thats about the time I have to make my 3 hour trip home so im not sure if anyone local would be having anything to do after the cruise portion.

Theres about a month before this, we should have the food situation finalized by the 25th at most I think.

i'm in. tnovember 3rd? also, when yoiu guys say you "drive fast" and get air. what do you mean i generally won't do over 140 on public roads. will i keep up? b (and, i try to avoid "getting air" as much as possible. hitting when you come down is like doing an ounce of coke because you just can't wait to get depressed...) -gordon

the roads are very twisty...up hill down hill etc. i had to follow the maniacs silver7 and bbr1 in my slow GTU. i had no idea where i was going so i had no choice but to follow. it was fun because i didn't hit or break anything. if anyone feels uncomfortable either take it slow or ride with someone else and take some cool video

I'll be going out of town on vacation on Thursday until next Thursday.

I think what im going to just do is hopefully get someone to buy all the food, then we decide on a price to eat.

Unless everyone would rather each bring a few things each

I wouldnt worry about it. The only casualty at any of the cruises in the past, as far as I know, has been my fender getting damaged from taking that turn too hot.

The place where we are going is a state park basically. I dont beleive there was much in the area in terms of food besides a mcdonalds maybe.

You just have to be alert...if I wasn't thinking on my feet last year, Geoffman and I would be sharing a 5000 pound red and purple 4 rotor. The best thing you can do is bring a family band radio.
