Well, I'll be driving 3 hours to this so you guys will probably beat me 
About food, we've got plenty of time to decide this but, I was thinking just get one or two people that live fairly close the the meet to get all the food, then we just divide the cost amongst everyone who attends.
That might not work out too well as some people wont eat as much as others though.
And I am going to probably get annoying posting reminders about this....WE WILL HAVE UTENSILS THIS YEAR!
I dont want my burger basted with "Flaveur de 13b REW"
We still have a month to plan this out so no worries....except that everyone will decide to go to Etown last minute
