i got a 3rd get tein lowering springs i wish i didnt install and 18' volk GTC rims. i got 235/40 s-03's on the car im gonna get new tires but how big of a difference is 235/35 and 235/40 cause i want to be clear but i dont know how much 5% will make. if anyone has any suggestions speak now or forever hold ur peace

are your fender lips rolled..

are you runnin on oem springs..

assumption is that scrapin happens under hard braking n heavy bumps..

so-3's dont come in 235/35/18..... but you're looking at a change in hieght of a lil less than an inch if you change over to 35 series tires.

no rolling, its lowered as i said, and it happens under light breaking but i think my strut is shot

235x.40 = 94MM 9.4cm

235x.35 = 82.25MM 8.22cm



anyway that is half inch shorter tire



i think your strut was def shot.....

yea its about 1/2 an inch. i agree with vosko strut sounds bad. does it oscillate over bumps? also some tires are a bit bigger or smaller than what that 1/2 once thay are installed.
