brand new remanufactured engine swapped it in. everything was going good.



few weeks after being on the road its not running anymore.

it starts but dies after cold start function. then the bac valve starts clicking and it shuts off. during cold start and the engine dying out there is a scraping noise from either the intake manifold or the turbo. shaft play in the turbo is good. anyone seen this problem before?
