meh, it all depend son who puts them on.



i have however seen them dislodge on a ford ranger and get thrown straight through his fender liner thing.



dont let tire rack balnce your wheels, ive seen some horrific things from them, including weights tape to the lip that you hammer the hammer type weights onto.

i've had them come off of my front rims before due to excessive brake caliper heat.

This is what I was thinking. I noticed one has moved just from moving around and stacking them on a +30C day.

the glue for the weights sucks. and there's actually a quality difference between brands, some are a lot better then others.



the best from most manufacturers are the smaller, 1/4oz weights. the 1/2oz ones are heavier then the glue can handle and fall off easier.



im not a fan of stick-on weights after some of the crap ive seen, but i have seen a lot of people start putting duct tape over them, not the prettiest solution but it works.
