series 5/6 brakes

im doing a series 6 rx7 brake conversion on my mazda b2000 and the series 6 hubs are going to be a pain to get to work.does anybody know if a series 4/5 hub will work with a series 6 rotor.thanks mike

From what I've found online, the FD front calipers are essentially the same as the FC 4-piston front calipers, and can interchange without any modification, and both use the same brake pads.



The FD front rotors are thicker than the FC front rotors. So FD calipers are a direct bolt-on for FC front rotors, but to use FD front rotors on an FC you will need a spacer to push the caliper out to account for the thicker rotor.



Again, I got this just from searching the net, so if someone knows better please correct me.
