Ok..I guess I am confused...a friend installed my coilovers and did the ride height and I need to adjust the ride height. There is a lower screw (locking?) and two other screws below the coilover...what do I need to do to adjust the ride height?

You need to go to a speed shop that can corner balance your car. That's the main reason to raise/lower your car with coil-overs.
