im not looking to upgrade anything i dont have to but i need to get the stock rubber bushings FAST and cheap if possible.

is this a hard task to replace besides having to disassemble the suspension? my old bushings are basically shot and if i get anything stiffer my car will shake apart due to the harsh roads here.

the stock ones are more expensive than jim labrecks bushings but his are stiffer. Yes it is tough to press them out. YOU NEED A HYDRUALIC PRESS!! I used a 12 ton press and it work perfectly. Most shops were looking at charging me $60 an hour for at least 4 hours work and that was with me bringing in the suspension parts already off the car. Buy a press from nothern tool company for $100 you can do it yourself in a day or 2. If you need any help on doing it just ask. I havebeen there and done that.

Oh my bad. I know you have heard it before but DAMN I WISH I HAD AN FD WHEN I WAS 16!!!! Actually would have been impossible casue I was 16 in 91 but you get the drift.

If you take it all out it will be a piece of cake. You gotta wait until the weekend of the 23rd at least, I am in the Army and have to go away for a few weeks but after that I will be back.
