The JIC's are a good value and good product. just beware the importers. They make weird judgement calls on warranty and I just eventually stopped trusting them after getting screwed more than a few times.
I still have them on our FC and P5, but will be switching to something that can be custom dampened and internally overhauled in the US.
We have better pricing on Tein than what you've shown there.
There's quite a few options these days. Just indicate how important comfort is to you.

JIC has been known to flat out refuse service on a faulty part that should have been waranteed. In some idle conversation with a G35/350z shop owner in Tx recently he said they had a warantee problem. They sent in one damper because it started leaking after a month. They refused to repair it and then claimed they lost it/never got it.... so he was eating the cost for his customer since he recomended the product.
I sold my FLT A2 in favor of the Zeal V6. As Rishie said, the quailty of Zeal is awesome, and I would definatley put it above the JIC. I drive my car on the street and use it for drift and it works flawlessly.
If you can, go with Zeal.

Frankly,
They refused warrantying a legit defect. Second, they try to charge me restocking fee for their defective products if I choose not to keep them or sell them to a good client. They just don't know much over there. They talk mad **** about their best customers behind your back. I've also heard pretty racial remarks over there. Just not cool stuff. Not professional. Had JIC JApan come here and done ****, it would be straight. The product is decent, just not the people who import it here. They come up with setups without even having a shock dyno in house. This baffles me. And they wonder why people have problems with their many different generations. hahahaha.
Seriously, look at how many different generations of coils they've come out with for
WRX's, FC's, 240's, etc...
In the beginning when stuff was Japan spec it was cool. They told me they do overhauling yet in two years in never saw them open up a damper to replace small parts. If I blew a seal i only wanted to pay for the seal, not wait for a whole damper to come from japan. WTF. We've missed quite a few events because they lagged or didn't give us the setup we asked for. To say the least I was a tad bitter. I MADE THEM SO MUCH MONEY AND FLAT OUT SPIT IN MY FACE ALL THE TIME BY NOT TAKING CARE OF US OR OUR CUSTOMERS.
THEY HAVE MAD PROBLEMS WITH PREMATURE FAILURE IT'S NOT EVEN FUNNY. LIKE I SAID, WE HAD NO PROBLEMS THAT FIRST YEAR. AFTER THAT THE **** HIT THE FAN.
PLUS THEIR PIECES ARE MADE IN KOREA, ASSEMBLED IN JAPAN.
THE ADJUSTERS SUCK MAJOR BALLZ, CAN NEVER TELL IF YOU GOT A FULL CLICK, NO CLICK, OR HALF CLICK.
IN THE BEGINNING THEY TOLD US WHEN ADJUSTING YOU MUST ALWAYS GO BACK TO FULL SOFT, THEN UP TO HARD. LATER THEIR NEW SALES GUY SAID YOU GO TO FULL STIFF AND THEN BACK IT OFF.

Hence I studied the Zeal/Endless line for almost a whole year before even committing to them. I wanted to make sure they were the real deal. Went down there looked at the internal replacement parts, asked about custom valving, turnaround time. It was too good to be true. AND DUDE THEY SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH. hehe. ZEAL WOULD BE THE LAST COIL YOU NEED TO BUY, if you want to make a good long term investment.

2 Things you will have to change before even messing with suspension:
1) Wheels must go, you should get something wider than stock at least. I suggest an 8" min, 9's all around are the best for versatility and will retain the handling traits of the FD.
2) TIRES MUST GO, your car will only handle as good as your tires. If you get coils they will exceed the performance ability of the 712's.
These are two small observations i made in your sig. If these are no longer present please disregard this.
BTW, WHERE DO YOU WANT THIS CAR TO PERFORM IT'S BEST. AUTOX, CIRCUIT, STREET, TOUGE, DRIFT, etc........
