Default Help on Brake bleeding

Okay, so new to this site and new owner with son of an 84 RX7 bridge ported 12 A.
it had new brakes front and rear but was not bled when purchased.
We got rear passenger bled, then could not find a bleeder valve on the driver rear.
We then moved to the passenger front where we could get no fluid. The driver front bled fine.

So we checked the brake line back to the master cylinder where there was no fluid coming out when loosened the line to the passenger front.

Do we need a new master cylinder? At a loss on next step to take.
