Fc Suspension
#1
I read somewhere that if I want suspension that is easy enough on the daily-driver bumps, but will support in corner, I should get a progressive rate spring, and I won't be doing anything spectacular so I don't really need anything adjustable. This totally changes what I was previously shopping for, so what would fit this bill? Since I'm now looking for something non-adjustable, I'm thinking less cost now. I hope.

linear springs actually handle a little better, i would go for racing beat springs they are pretty good!

Don't forget to get some shocks to go with those springs. Yeah, yeah, I know you said you were poor, but K2RD sell the KYB AGX set of 4 for $355. That's not too shabby. If you just get springs (aftermarket will be stiffer than OEM units) you'll need to get some shocks to match them. The KYB are adjustable (I know that's NOT what you want) so you can get them to suit whatever springs and comfort level you want. Stronger springs with the old shocks will not be a good idea. Unless you like bouncy rides.

No, I was planning to get springs and shocks, I just didn't specify in first post. When it comes to what type I get, I don't want to get more than I need. I think that if I have adjustments, I'll never use them. My motorcycle shocks are adjustable, I've had it over 1 1/2 years and I've never adjusted it. Just don't want to pay extra for what I won't use.
