Good luck. Maybe the EBC pads might do it, but thats just from what they advertise, I have no experience with them.

I know my hawks will turn my 89-91 TII rims to gunmetal after a week.
Yeah, I've heard of the EBC's and want to try them out, but no one I've talked to has tried them. I maybe the first one...but probably will just go with the HP+

Porterfield makes a good brake pad. I believe the R-4 compound is a good street/track pad. These are suppose to dust less than the Hawks and not eat away your rotors as fast.

The Porterfield R4 pads were recommended to me very strongly from a couple of DSM guys.

i second the hp+ pads. i have had them on both of my fd's for a while and would only change them for a better caliper rotor combo. i use power stop rotors and like them.

i wouls like to try the www.ulitmategarage.com brake pkg. they are derived straight from the gt porsches, but are ~$2700 for just the front! wow!

i have braided lines all around because the stock lines are prone to cracking and exposing the interior.

i am most likely going to choose a willwood package for the car. it is the most economical and will go well with the upgraded master cylinder.

of course, you can make some 3" ducting like i have for cooling of the brakes, the bigger MC all help with fade. the fading of brakes or their prone ability to get heatsoaked seems to biggest hurdle to overcome when tackling the issue of better stopping....
