o on ur pic they look like 1/2 inch from the fender....
or are they totally inside the fender? and i figure out that the offset is on the rim, but just for my own knowledge what is it? what is the difference between like 20+ and 40+ offset on a rim. |

Here's a great explanation of offsets: http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/tech/offset.htm . A +20 mm offset rim will "stick out" more than a +42. |
hmm, so the higher the # the more it sticks out. And if you got a "-" offset, the tire/rim would stick inside the well, maybe hitting the body. coolz
