If you are caught using nitrous oxide on public roads or even have the equipment armed, you can receive a felony charge. You can read about it here.

Well at least they don't say that you can't have the system on a street driven car at all..I know in Cali. you can't have the nitrous system connected either. Many states have that law..but it being a feloney Now that is ****.

Just think you get busted with it..go to jail..In the cell you and your cellies are talking about what got you there...I'm in for murdering my neighbor with an ax, well I'm in for throwing mine in a wood chipper then raping his wife.. both look at you and you have to say...I'm in for having nitrous in my car...Guess who is getting it in the butt.

So - before you're a convicted felon & CAN'T VOTE - user your vote to at least get it changed to be a normal traffic offence.

Time to market a quick-disconnect device for nitrous users. Have the line run right by the e-brake handle, so you can disconnect it real quick.
