Okay, so the driver's side turbo is puking oil into the intake plumbing. Car has 101k on it. We'll probably sell it, but just for kicks, how hard is pulling the turbo? I can see that access is going to be a royal pain. You can't really see the turbo, but you can follow the plumbing to where you know it lives. Anybody ever been into one of these cars?

 

Hmmm. A little reading reveals that the driveline must be pulled. I'm thinking this isn't a project I need right now.

 

Anybody want to buy a nice Audi for crazy cheap? It really is a beautiful automobile.

If you're interested I'll PM ya! Keep in mind that this car is pristine. We bought it new, my wife has used it as a commuter and it's got 101k on it. Just had the timing belt, driveshaft seal, and cam tensioner seals replaced. I don't even think there's a ding in the body. Never in an accident. The leather interior is immaculate. Factory Bose stereo, Tiptronic, never modded or beat on.

 

Sold to a well-known used car superstore today for 5k! Twas a wonderful car. <sniff>
