Hey,

My brother likes me FD and he has decided to get an rx-8 (i never thought they were that alike) I really dont know a whole lot about the car are there any surprises? What is the difference in owning an Rx-8 vs. an FD? Some very basic care and tips would be much appreciated!

Just make sure it has all the recalls/TSB/reflashes taken care of.

They are n/a so they are extremely reliable.

so far like the fd there are some updates, but other than that just get in and drive it.

they have updated starters, motor mounts, not-squeaky brake pads, the climate controllers, pcm programming, the mid-06's already have this stuff done to em

and all this stuff, is warranty too, so you pretty much just have to ask

nope, bout half are bulletins.

recall = fix the car

bulletin = if the car has this symptom, this is the repair procedure.
