leave the nipple on the top of the wast gate open to atmospher.. It is only used if your using a boost controller or VVC.. connect the one on the side to your intercooler pipe or the intake manifold.. If you go to the manifold it will probably boost about 1.5-2 psi higher due to intercooler restriction..
