The wastegate keeps boost at .6. I think I have an exhaust leak. .6 happens at about 6000rpm's. This is about the same as I was hitting 1.0 on the single. The boost really starts climbing fast at .4. From 0-.4 I had to take out 5% fuel. At .6 I'm adding 5%. I figure at .8 I will be using more fuel than I was at 1.1 on the single. I think for the side port most people would be happier with smaller exhaust housings. As long as it doesn't bog in between shifts, I don't care.

Here's a new pic comparing twins to single.



I have now decided to go with the .56 housings. At .7 of boost the ****** is already fast(~400rwhp)and it comes up so smooth, it's just a little to late. The .70 housings would be perfect for a bridge ported motor.

so your going to keep the dual t-04S setup, just change the exhaust housing to smaller ones...sheesh...I'll never catch up will I?
