20b is gonna wait ... im going with a big street port with opened exhaust ports a little more. Does anyone make a primary fuel rail that holds 1600's? Or is that a custom job. I think it should spool fine with oil flowing. I guess we'll find out soon enough. lol...

Im trying to get it all running for the least amount of money possible, then from there on, i will upgrade more parts. You think the stock fuel lines can hold 450-500whp?
You can use both stock rails for 1600's. Check out this site: http://home.mn.rr.com/linnihan/1600c..._injectors.htm . When I did mine I used extra o-rings on each injector, but it's not necessary. 450 RWHP should be ok with the stock fuel lines. Just make sure that you have a good pump. The stock FPR will work fine.

10-12 mpg is an average, very few light loads with no boost.

lol.. ok .. should have known from you

Thing is, i will be cruising down back and forth between washington and california quite a few times a year. And I want to get the best highway mileage i can get... haha. When I get on it, i dont care how much gas i go through as long as im in a safe zone for my engine. I would however like your opinion on what size wastegate would work well. Ive been looking at like 60mm racegates and stuff, but in all honesty wouldnt a 38mm work fine?

I used a 40 mm HKS standard wastegate with my T-78. I had about 2 PSI of boost creep. If I were you I would try at least 50 mm. The HKS GT wastegate would be a good choice for you because it will mount to the manifold more easily.

There are a few shops that fix Mitsubishi turbos. You can actually get a brand new TDO6 for only $600. The TDO6 kit is good for the street. I would guess that it would be reliable to around 325-350 RWHP.
