Ok i need to figure out wich turbo to use when i go single on the 20b. I need something that will spool up good and make good power at low boost for daily driving (10-15 ) and still give good power when racing with higher levels of boost. I'm sure everyone on here knows more about turbos than me since i only used to worry about na's.

Maybe the GT35/40.. I've heard it spools quickly, but I have no experince with it.

Not even close. You'll notice he said 20b. 2X GT35/40's would likely work well.

By 'higher levels of boost when racing' how high are you talking? What level of porting and how much power do you want? 15 psi with the right turbo on a 20b can give you 550 - 600 rwhp I would think.

A GT42, T88 or T51 would probably be enough if you are only using 15 psi. If you really think you want more than that you can start with a Y2K or something in that size range and go up from there. The problem with using a Greddy T88 or HKS T51 would likely be that the exhaust housing would be restrictive as they are aiming more for a 13b. They would give frightening fast spool up, though.

Something big with Q trim, you gotta flow that exhaust. Maybe t-66 to t-76?

Nah, keep it cheap and simple. Go with a Garrett unit. T70 or T72 should probably work well

You'll be racing in a convertible? That sucks. The cages that they make you use make the car look terrible.

You may not even be allowed to compete most places. If you look at the NHRA Sport Compact rule book, you would have to be in Modified class because of the 3-rotor. Fastest time posted on the website for that class this year is a 7.707
