Ok, so I have a blown turbo in my 90 TII and i am considering a rebuild. I have read a few write ups on it and it sounds fairly easy and I think that I can do it, but, I have also heard that the turbines have to be balanced once the turbo is rebuilt and I would have to ship it out to have this done anyways? Any help and info you guys have would be great



BTW: where are best places to buy rebuild kits from?

I believe that cheap turbo rebuilds them, and does all the other stuff too.
