question is, will it spool good on a stock port fc? Or would a 60-1 be a better idea? And what specs on the t04s?

the 60-1 and to4s are about the same turbo... They will both work fine.. You won't have any problems spooling the turbo if you use a .84 P-trim exaust wheel and housing with the stock port..
