greddy TD06 is popular.... its not a great turbo though. they have a TD-07 in japan. that is supposed to be pretty good!

Oh yeah 
for the original question. When looking for a turbo I was also told the TD06 is too small of a turbo for a 13b. A guy at work knows people that have the same TD06 20g compressor on 2.0 mitsu engines.

Here is my TD07. It has a 25G compressor and a divided 17cm exh housing. Does your T-78 have the same exh housing as my TD07? I don't think I've seen another turbo with this style exhaust housing.
