About manifold design, should I just order the header flange template that Racing Beat has to make a flange, and then order the wastegate and T4 inlet/outlet flanges I need?

How is this V-Band business going to work?

You'll need a engine flange, T4 flange (either open or divided), wastegate and some plumbing.

V-band goes on the outlet of your turbo.

So the V-band is just how the downpipe connects to the outlet?

I can't see how they can get full boost by 3K with a 1.15 A/R unless they're spraying insane amounts of nitrous.
Nitrous doesn't help boost. It only gets you thru the rpms faster to get to the boost.

I know, that's why I was mentioning it.

FYI:

0.96 is an undivided size

1.00 is a divided size

I second the opinion that 0.84 is fine (or 0.81 if undivided).

I also am curious about how CP is getting full boost at 3k with 1.00+ AR.

I really want the 1.0 A/R.

Who's the guy to speak to at Cheapturbo? Is there just one guy, or a group, or someone you all recommend talking to? I'm going to call tomorrow and order my T04R.
