Spark Plugs !
so right now i am running bur7eq and bur9eq's the car is running good but top end it misses. obviousl because i am using bone stock plugs. the judge is going to change the plugs to a fresh set of all 9's and i'm gonna see how it is. remember i like revving to 9k rpm +
anyway any suggestions on spark plugs i can use for high boost and high rpm that i don't have to let the car warm up and switch them like the ngk 11.5 race plugs that are $37 each

Drive to the track on the 9's and swap in the 11's at the track. Make sure you're wearing a shirt with sleeves
The Mazda dealers seem to be the cheapest place to get plugs in my city, unfortunately they sell them as sets of 7's and 9's only, not in pairs

Only one, and I don't know how they like them. They should last you a long time if you only use them at the track under high boost.
Don't you burn up the 7's pretty fast with all the extra spark energy you have?

I run B10egv plugs at 18psi of boost making well over 400rwhp on pump gas with a single MSD6a on my leading with no problems. They are also very cheap, I hear most places like PEPboys sell them for about $3 a plug. They look more like a standard plug so you have to gap it to .022
Also, you need to get a different socket, you can either take your socket and mill it down or there is a guy on the "other" forum that sells the correct socket for like $20 shipped. I think his name is Metelman or something. Do a search for socket in the for sale section and I'm sure you'll find him. If you decide to go that route and cant find him PM me....I can dig up his info.
By the way, I run those plugs daily in traffic, sitting still, on the highway, at the track, in the winter, in the summer, it doesnt matter. They also have a nice long life (compared to the "race" plugs).
