I said that too. T04s are pretty cheap to buy/rebuild.

Thumbs up

i am a little new to all the terminology so pardon me for the stupid question but by "rebuild" you mean pretty much make a new one right? so whats the difference between rebuilding and buying a new one? thanks.

I'm running an HKS-T45S right now. You remember Chris's race car turbo/manifold? that's what I'm running.

Well, I would rather go with a ball bearing turbo before I went with the streetport.. unless your FD needs a rebuild now.

I think I'm close to a rebuild now. I'm going to get a compression test soon to make sure. Probably go with a mild street port and then get a single turbo kit. My only problem is finding a single kit. Haven't decided on one yet...

Well, as of now I like the spool up rate of the stock twins.. so I think I may want to go with the BNR's or M2 upgrade twins if they're worth it hp wise.. if not upgraded twins I think I'm going to go with the GT35/40 or something similar to that.. unless I start to get power crazy or something.

I'm not power crazy by any means. I only have one person I care about beating and that's my best friend and his 300ZX TT. I handed him his *** a couple days ago so no need for a lot of power... We just want fun weekend cars that are reliable as possible.
