If your leaning out under boost, then don't drive the car. Get a compression check to find out if you've alreay done the damage. Then buy an aftermarket ECU. You can tune it on the street, but you'll need a wideband to monitor the extreamly rich AFRs rotories need under boost. Also your really going to need to find someone with tuning experience, cause a rotary isn't to forgiving. You should be OK with the factory injectors at 10psi, as an aftermarket ECU will let you run them at higher duty cycles than stock, but I'm unsure about the fuel pump. I wouldn't reccommend the stock IC, but you can probally scrape by with it if everything is tuned properly. Sorry, but there is so much more to a single turbo conversion than changing the turbo.

What does the smoke smell like? If you're running too rich it's going to stink. Is your PFC coming with a map pre-loaded?

Crankcase vents are on the oil filler neck. On the FD there was 2, one goes to the intaker manifold and has a check valve in it, the other went across the block and attached at the intake to the first turbo.

With your single turbo you probably removed the line that went to the turbo inlet. The one that goes to the intake manifold closes when you boost, so when you drive hard you have no crank ventilation unless you didn't cap the second line.

Check the oil filler neck and see what you have them attached to.

the smoke does not stink that bad...but it sure irritates the eyes...it causes burning of the eyes even inside the car.....so if my crank case ventilation is capped or blocked my car would throw smoke white from the exhaust even at idol......?????

If it burns your eyes then it's probably from extra fuel, not oil. THat rich exhaust bothers most people.
