Use an SR Ultimate.

Click on the link at the top of the page and support forum sponsors (especially seeing how the pump works great for large HP applications).

dual supra pumps

all the way.
There is almost no diffrence in the flow of a supra pump and a FD pump.. it's like 10 lph or so... And you will still have the problem with flow loss at higher fuel pressures if you bump it up.. The Walboro pump will flow about 50 lph more than the supra pump and maintain flow to much higher fuel pressures, and they are cheap and they work well. Just make sure you get the high pressure model and not the bastard lesser flowing one, because they sell 2 diffrent types of pump... You can tell by the part # on the side of the pump, but I forgot what they are.. If sombody else has these #'s post them please... I think www.K2RD.com is selling the FD, FC kit on their site. I've had very good buisness results with them..

gss341 is the high pressure. and gss342 is the low pressure. bot the them will work, like drago said. The high pressure is rated at 90psi.

i already have a supra fuel pump can i just add the fd pump to it and run both? should i buy a external pump and run along with the supra pump? 94 fd and i plan on going single (gt 35/40) before the car goes back on the road.

I would go ahead and use two pumps from the same manufacturer and style vs. different pumps. You don't necessarily need an external once you go dual pump since even 2 FD3S pumps will flow to the 600+ rwhp range.
