With This Set Up......
#1
Okies....
My set up consitst of the following:
Microtech Ltx-8 ( with micro fueller)
fresh large extend port 13bt (4000 K old)
3mm apex seals
hks turbo ... good for 500hp apparently
3" mandrel bent exhaust (turbo back)
front mount I/C
larger injectors (4 x 600cc, 4 x 1000 cc)
also 4 x 1000cc in the upper inlet manifold running off the auxillary mirco fueller
220 gph fuel pump (& 3/8" lines to the rails)
Malpassi rising rate fuel reg
K & N pod filter
Throttle body modded (plate removal)
Profec boost controller
Is yet to be tuned on the dyno (currently running base maps and 4 psi for safety)
The big question is..... what should I be expecting to see power wise from this setup?
And what is a safe boost pressure with these sort of mods?
this setup is currently in my FC3
Should be getting dyno'd within the next 4 weeks....YAY
CAN'T WAIT!!

Ok yep there IS 12 injectors on this beastie......
The inlet manifolds were once used in a drag setup (13b in a rail I think)
the 4 injectors in the upper manifold (facing vertically downwards just after the upper manifold elbow) are going to be used with my Microtech micro fueller for water-methanol injection (very effective detonation suppression!!) yes they are 1000cc each (to run 20-30 % duty cycle max) fed from a 15 litre fuel cell.
there is one more additional injector per inlet runner above the factory secondaries (1000cc each again) these are currently staged as my secondaries.......the four factory locations are filled with 600cc denso injectors and are all used as primaries (set up as sequentially fired).
The aim of this set up is to minimise the injector duty cycle and yes I'd agree that it is total overkill, it's just kinda come together like this!!
YEAH a MASSIVE turbo is on the cards later on!!
But in all seriousness what power do you think I'll get with all this and just the factory S5 turbo?
When I can find my camera (just moved house) I'll post up some pics so you can all see I'm not full of it......
