Its been a while since i've played with a pfc, but you have to set it up so it goes non-seq for a single turbo. Not sure if that is causing your problems or not. But you also will need a ton of fuel to support a t-78 over the stock maps as well. What do you have for fuel in your car? Injectors, fuel pumps, ect...? I'd try to gather some info in the ecu section to get setup a little better for the dyno. You don't want to pay 60 bucks an hour to figure out whats wrong, you want to have it running right to start with to find out how much power you can gain by making minor adjustments.

Ok. With 550/1200 you'll be limited to i'd say a max of 15psi before you get the duty cycle too high. I ran into that problem with a slightly smaller turbo with the same fuel setup. My cosmo fuel pump held fuel pressure, but i'd keep an eye on it, as some people have had problems with them not keeping up. I assume you have a clutch to hold the power. How about an ignition amplifier of some sort? It will defenitly help with higher rpm breakup, not necessarily needed but highly recommended.

Yeah nothing wrong with the stock radiator. With a fmic it can be tricky in hot climates though, even with an upgraded radiator.
