lol the davinici kit looks exactly like that, and compared to the e bay ones, is exactly the same.

so as far as dimensions are these manifolds the same as the ones on e bay? im wondering because i want to replace my cheap ass manifold from davinci with something that will withstand the heat and power im looking for.

how much?

There are only so many ways to make an exhaust manifold, but I guarante you these are nothing like the cheap ebay units. I have never even seen one of those cheap ebay units outside of the internet. Anyhow, I will get back to post tommorrow with all the details on everything, pricing, dimensions and brighter bigger pictures to show the big difference in quality. These are definalty nothing like the ebay units, these were made from scratch.

What guage Steel are the Davinci units?

The inside heat rejection coating will keep the polished manifold looking like new without heat discoloration. These will withstand the heat and any power you can throw at them.

What about making the wastegate outlet a V-band type? Is this possible? Will it incure additional costs?

Also if someone wanted one in 321 SS how much will the difference be?

Man I have had those too....**** it called MVP ...dustin and got the FD HKS cast iron for 380-90? I forgot. I dont want to gamble that mutch weight and vibration on SS at the high rotary temps.However....1reevin7 has seen the problems out here so I doubt he's gonna sell something crappy. Well, who in their right mindwants that type of headache? A good product is always needed.

Looks really nice!

I am also wondering if it would be additional costs to have a v-band flange for the wastegate?

I dont know if a SS mani could support the weight of my 1.32 housing without extra bracing...

revvin, im sorry if i seem like im being skeptical of your manifold... i know you've been a long time member of this forum, and know that you're not out to rip anyone off... but after working with a couple of long time members, i learned not to trust anyone.

if the dimentions are the same as the ebay ones... which i can even measure up and take pictures for you..... i would def. be interested, because i dont trust the manifold that davinci (9base3) have sold me.

i have recently bought one from e bay for a fair price, where the welds were reinforced... very ugly, but looks functional... ill get the measurements from that.

In those shots it may be hard to tell, but our manifolds have bracing. If you look close the wastegate flange and turbine housing flange have bracing. A v-band flange is definatly doable, but ofcourse will cost more.

321 is spendy stuff and hard to get; we already looked into that.

No offense taken, I understand where you are coming from. This manifold was made because I haven't seen anything on the market that I would use on my own cars. Just wait til I get the close ups.

I think I'm going to have to throw together a group buy.

i'm in for that if you do it.
