Sounds like a good kit. I want to wait to hear the options. The GT 25's should spool pretty quick w/ a streetport. I want to see how the manifold is set-up so I can tell if it is a FMIC only type of kit.

i hope that the engine that is being used for a template only. ****, the NEW DECTECTIVES could not figure out that worn out dirty POS......however, the twin/paralell kit looks awful appealing....

So, the timeline on "twins" goes like this...

(pre '92): Factory decides to go with twins on the 3rd gen.

'02: (or before) dyson rotary (and others in AU) go with twin TII turbos.

'02: (midyear) k2rd makes a twins kit.

'02: (midyear) MWW begins doing backpressure tests.

Decides twins are answer. Many tests to get turbo specs just right.

'02: (Nov.) A-spec tuning announces twins kit in the works (GT25's and/or GT28's).

Is this about right?

What does Ted want for that setup? I may be willing to try it if the price is right and it bolts right in--no cutting this or denting that.

well of course i didnt ask about the manifold, but gt2830 turbos are like 1200-1700each, that particular one was custom built for someone, they prolly would want your fc to make a manifold that fit

Oh, I thought that maybe he had it ready-made. If it has to be custom made, then I'd just do it myself.

they have the templates for an fd but they were thinking the fc one would be a little different.
