no, it is not a check, it is a contract, with a purchasing plan of 10K through the distributor, racerX, and the parts that they will carry. the deal with the company is that they are going to be competing like NOPI, and try to supply every make and model that you can imaging, and ultimately desiring to *try* to put them out of businness, hardly.

no i have not gotten my info yet, buy my friend denver got his in the mail yesterday, and he was about a week ahead of me.....

have you gotten anything yet rxplicit? when exactly do you get the 10 grand? after you've showed up to the requisite shows and/or races or do you get it right away? this **** is real shady. i signed up my pos '95 240sx a couple weeks ago, just bullshitting w/o any proof of any mods, but i didn't fill out the cc info. they called me today to tell me i was approved and that they needed my cc info. i asked them if they could take it out of the 10 grand, but he said he couldn't, cause they were start up fees. i don't understand how they can give me 10 grand at the drop of a hat w/o ever seeing me or my car, yet they can't afford startup fees? i dunno somethings not right.
its BS

You got it right and then you called them out!I have pro sponsorships. It does not cost me a dime to START. You cats better not take that vinyl cause you aint getting your money back. At least call them and say "I will contest my card them moment you dont acknowledge my sponsorship...PAY me as stated . Sponsor

is to give you and needed product of value or cash to promote their business at no expense but your time and labor. Not your cash.

Sorry......life aint this easy to play. You gotta pay.

say what you want. my friend ordered a **** ton of stuff for his MR-2 this afternoon, and i was there on the phone. new td06 turbo kit, suspension, and a body kit just like that.

eric on the phone also told me that my package was going out monday on UPS, and that he was going to call me and give me the tracking number so i can know when to expect it.

l8t apex, dude, call it what you want. not everyone can get a PROFESSIONAL sponsor, i guess that right now, me and my buddy will just stick with the AMATEUR sponsors. i guess that since they could only give us $30,000.00 between the two of us makes them a lesser than yours. and couple that with the fact that it cost me 79$ to get going, and covers the shipping on all my stuff is wrong, so they are really losers.

to each his own. i have worked long and hard on my fd, and that is not taking anything away from you, as you have also put lots of time and money into your car. i am very interested in this opportunity for myself, considering i am not located in a very noticeable area of the country. jackson was not very large last time i checked. i hope that your guys take care of you and your car, as do i hope that these guys will be right and do me properly, otherwise you all will be the first to hear it i promise.

thanks for your comments...

Do you know which products you can get through them? Last time I looked at what NOPI supplied, it was a bunch of useless crap. Will they have all the products you really want for an RX-7? If this is for real and they are sponsoring all over North America I should qualify easily for this area.

well, from what i learned last week, there is prolly going to be a co-op way to work that out. i am sitting on some house-of-kolor paint for the fd, and am trying to decide what to do, and when to do it....

Congratulations, r_xplicit and midnight driver! I was just notified by phone on Friday that I received 1 yr/ $10,000.

Midnight, could you either post here or PM me with the list of main vendors they use? I'm really interested in getting Mazdaspeed parts, especially wheels. I asked them on the phone, and they said that they COULD get them. :bigok:

Also from what I was told, it is co-pay on the parts as well. i.e. if a product costs $1000.00, we pay around $480.00 for it. Nice. . . Methinks I might go with some Japan only parts.

My car is a 1988 10th AE that has a 13B-RE conversion that is due to be finished in the next two weeks or so. Assuming this dea goes the way r_xplicit, midnight and I believe it will, this will definitely help get my car from primarily 'go' to show and go. Getting a large discount on products, I'm going to pick up a few things that I probably wouldn't have without this. (Such as Aquamist setup, Mazdaspeed wheels, etc)

Anyway, congratulations to you other guys.
