Working on tuning a 4 x 1600 injector setup.

1600 primaries and 1600 secondaries.

Have been able to reduce the fuel at idle (1000rpm) to maintain a high 10's AFR, I can live with that.

Sharp on and off throttle actions feel good.

@WOT everything looks/feels great.

BUT, light on and off throttle changes is very jerky, any suggestions?

Throttle pump adjustment? https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...R#>/unsure.png

Is the Power FC sequential or batch fire?

i've heard that with the 1600s there may be flow differences by as much as 10% you might want to have them flow tested in case you need to match two similar primary with two similar secondary

yeah, look at the accelerator pump. if you have it mapped out rich, you dont need much accelerator pump and vice versa

Maybe Dragon will chime in. Why did you do 4x1600 instead of running a set of Tertiaries?

I use 4 x 1680's ran by a Wolf EMS...Works great for me...The idle was a bit tricky but even with my large single port it idles perrrrrrrfect... I don't know anything about the Power FC's but that can't be fun tuning them ....

I think 1680 bosch's are 80.00 a pop...cheap!!!

tossing 4x1600's in the car was easier than rigging the PFC to fire 6 injectors... (Or so I thought) hehehehe

eventually i will put in the 1600cc primaries but there is no need for now...

I was running out of fuel with 850pri, 1600sec at high boost levels and high RPM's which is why I had to go larger.

of course you have no need now vosko, your car is slow. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png

You shouldn't be running out of fuel that fast. How much boost are you running?
