K&n Melted Off My T66
#62
Well Mark, after getting on the horn with Steve to order that Greddy Air-inx, he has convinced me to take a different path. He does sell them, but is not really high on it and instead told me to fab out a 4" aluminum pipe and attach a K&N to it. That's what I like about this guy. He's straight up, looking to give the best advice and bring out the best in everyone's setup.

Didn't I read on Gotham's site they find the AirINX to work great on the turbo? Their site is down at the moment.
Are you going to use a silicone coupling b/t the turbo and pipe? Steve's torque brace works - it definitely eliminates motor mount slop and tightens up the driveline. I gotta get his chunk brace bolted on.
The PFS wing actually works and thanks for the comps. The car runs great thanks to RP in Dallas and Planet-Freddie in Houma.

MAAARRKKK, Check out the response in the single T about the Diff brace. That sound I am getting may be something's f**k up. We gotta find if we (Freddy & I) moved something or if I broke something. try to get to fast Freddy today maybe we'll hookup.
Oh yeah man I hope thats not the IC pump you were talking about me using to replace mine because mine is 1/4 that size. That wont fit in my current pump local.
